Our prices start from $135 for a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series, $175 for a Cadillac Escalade or Chevy Suburban, $315 for a Mercedes Sprinter or Stretch Limousine, and $495 for a Party Bus. Rolls Royce starts at $315/hr with a 3-hour minimum. All prices are per vehicle, not per person. Use our instant quote calculator to get an estimate for your specific route.

Gratuity is not included in our base prices. A 20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated by our professional chauffeurs. You can add it at the time of payment or give it directly to your chauffeur.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and Cash. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Your deposit goes toward your total balance.

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For peak times, holidays, weddings, and special events, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is strongly recommended. We do accept last-minute bookings when vehicles are available.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. For weddings and large events, please contact us directly about our cancellation terms.

Yes, you can make changes to your booking by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle are subject to availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Yes. We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly. You will never be penalized for flight delays that are outside your control.

Your chauffeur will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at no extra charge. This gives you plenty of time to collect your luggage and clear customs. Additional wait time beyond 60 minutes is billed at $15 per 15 minutes.

We serve Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). We also serve all major cruise terminals including PortMiami and Port Everglades.

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted for passengers 21 and over. Please note that any excessive mess or damage to the vehicle interior may result in a cleaning fee starting at $150.

Yes. Every Noir Miami Limo chauffeur is fully licensed, background checked, and professionally trained. We are fully insured and compliant with all Miami-Dade and Broward County transportation regulations.

Yes. We offer hourly charter service for all vehicles. Minimum booking times apply — 2 hours for sedans and SUVs, 3 hours for the Stretch Limousine and Party Bus, and 3 hours for the Rolls Royce. Hourly service is perfect for night outs, weddings, corporate events, and sightseeing.
